Who We Are
The Story of One Stop Medical
One Stop Medical was established in 2005 in Mackay. At that time the Practice started with one nurse/practice manager and one receptionist providing support services to one GP.
Since then, the practice has grown to a team including a Practice Manager, three Nurses, and six GP Receptionists. We are currently able to provide support services to twelve General Practitioners.

We have a great team of receptionists at One Stop Medical, who are there to help you make an appointment with your chosen doctor.
They can personalise treatment plans that target a variety of medical issues whilst also looking out for potential health problems.
What We Do
One Stop Medical provides facilities for General Practitioner and Occupational Health Services. The doctors can address concerns regarding a wide variety of medical conditions, including skin cancer. The doctors promote disease prevention and maintaining wellness.
Not to mention, the youth clinic caters to young people who have reproductive health and mental health concerns. The experienced GPs tailor each treatment plan according to your individual needs. We will take the time to tackle the root of your health problems while also looking out for other issues.
The purpose-built medical centre in Mackay offers a safe, calming environment for every patient. The GPs also impart their knowledge to medical students from JCU Townsville & nursing students from CQUniversity Mackay.

The Practice believes in supporting the local community and encouraging fitness and wellness, by sponsoring Mackay Triathlon Club, Mackay Hospital Foundation, Mackay Community Foundation, Pioneer Tennis, and the Whitsunday Voices Literary Festival.
