- Call Hello Home Doctor on 134100. Telehealth consults available
Mon-Fri : 6pm – 8am,
Saturday: midday to 8am
Sunday and Public holidays – 24 hours.
These consults are bulk billed for patients with a medicare card.
- Royal Flying Doctor Service on 1300 697 622 - for telephone advice. This service operates from:
Monday to Friday 6pm to 11pm
Saturday 1pm to 12 midnight
Sunday and Public holidays 24 hours.

- Mackay Base Hospital Emergency Centre (open 24/7) (No fee for those patients with a Medicare card.)
