Practice Consultation Fees
Please call One Stop Medical if you have any query about your Doctors fees as each Doctor determines their own consultation fees. You are most welcome to speak with them during your consultation, or to the reception team prior to visiting if you have any queries.
Payment options include cash or through credit card and EFTPOS.
Book GP Appointment
Book an appointment with one of the medical professionals at One Stop Medical today. Based in Mackay, the GP’s that operate from the clinic provide practical health care solutions for all their patients.
Please download, Print and fill out our New Patient Questionnaire and bring it with you if it is your first appointment with a doctor at One Stop Medical.
Booking Information
Use our HOTDOC app or contact us on (07) 4951 1411 and choose the GP reception option to book a GP appointment.
For complex health issues or if you need to discuss multiple health concerns, please book a double appointment. We recommend booking individual appointments for each family member since this helps the GP keep track of their schedule.
For pre-employment medical appointments, send an email request to medicals@onestopmedical.com.au or call us on (07) 4951 1411 and select the occupational health team option.
Further Information
Prescription Requests
- Prescription requests can be placed online through the HOTDOC app. You can also
phone our reception
with at least 48 hours of notice.
- A prescription fee of $25 is charged for scripts collected from reception or emailed directly to the pharmacy.
Cancellations
- Please call the Clinic at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment as courtesy to your Doctor’s other patients.
- Failure to attend your appointment without any notice may incur a cancellation fee.
SMS Or Email Reminders
- We will gladly send you regular appointment reminders and health recalls through SMS text messaging.
- Please advise our reception staff if you prefer to not be notified through email or SMS.
