Practice Consultation Fees
Please call One Stop Medical if you have any query about your Doctors fees as each Doctor determines their own consultation fees. You are most welcome to speak with them during your consultation, or to the reception team prior to visiting if you have any queries.
Payment options include cash or through credit card and EFTPOS.

Prescription Requests
- Prescription requests can be placed online through the HOTDOC app. You can also phone the reception with at least 48 hours of notice.
- A prescription fee of $25 is charged for scripts collected from reception or emailed directly to the pharmacy.
Cancellations
- Please call the Clinic at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment as courtesy to your Doctor’s other patients.
- Failure to attend your appointment without any notice may incur a cancellation fee.
SMS Or Email Reminders
- We will gladly send you regular appointment reminders and health recalls through SMS text messaging.
- Please advise the reception staff if you prefer to not be notified through email or SMS.
